As a master certified coach, I help women get out of their own way so that they can blossom into the lives they want to lead.
Specifically, I partner with clients to:
-identify and eliminate limiting beliefs and the “bodyguard” that holds them back
-identify and reduce trauma responses to challenges
-identify and eliminate distractions
-craft a better story that supports their vision, both personal and professional
-bracket “that’s not me” stories from the past that interfere with the present
-build structures to support their vision
-forge a roadmap to get from where they are now to where they want to be
-build lives with creativity and joy at their center
Change is hard, but it’s the only way to grow. And human beings need growth to thrive!
The focus in coaching is on the client’s present and future. The outcome is an enhanced quality of life. If you don’t like what you tell yourself about yourself or about your possibilities, coaching guides you to tap into your inner mentor so that you can step into a new, empowering story.

1:2 mediation
As a trained mediator, I guide two partners in conflict towards a mutually agreeable resolution.
Mediation may be right for you if you are:
- at a stalemate with a family member, co-worker, neighbor, local business person, or other individual and need a neutral dispute resolution expert to help the two of you agree and move on.
Coaching and Consulting Fees
* Free 20 min. discovery call - new coaching and mediation clients only (Zoom)
* $150 / one-off 50 min coaching or consulting session (Zoom or in-person)
Packages:
$600 / 4 sessions either weekly or fortnightly (every two weeks)
$800 / 6 sessions ($100 savings)
$1050 / 8 sessions ($150 savings = 1 free session)
$1500 / 12 sessions ($300 savings = 2 free sessions)
Longer coaching containers available upon request.
All sessions pre-paid through Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, bank wire, or cashed check.
Mediation: $150/hr; min. 2 hr block
All sessions are payable in advance. Third-party billing is available for packages (eg professional development funds for academic or company-sponsored clients).
